Deep diving
Although some people view deep diving as the pinnacle
of scuba exploration, the only people that should be doing diving like
this are those who are extremely capable and talented.
Even though there are some inherent dangers associated with deep diving,
there are also some wonderful reasons why deep diving is appreciated
and enjoyed by many.
First of all, deep diving is dangerous for a couple of reasons. Perhaps
the biggest thing that a deep diver needs to consider is if he or she
will have enough air in the tank to safely swim to deep depths and return
before the air supply runs out. Secondly, any person who dives deep
must be able to understand how their breathing should change in deep
waters. Because the pressure on lungs greatly increases in deeper waters,
a person needs to make sure that he or she understands how his or her
breathing technique must change.
Despite the dangers of deep diving, the one reason why many people enjoy
it is because diving deep into the ocean gives divers a glimpse of the
world that most people who live on the earth will never see. There are
many kinds of fish and plant life in the deeper waters that are rare
or even non-existent at more shallow levels. For these reasons, deep
diving is worth the risk for many.
